chiaroscuro sam and benI like taking pictures while it's snowing at night. The flash lights up the flakes nearest you, letting them glow against the black of the night. The style and subject matter of chiaroscuro sam and ben reminded me of old chiaroscuro paintings and woodcuts. Sam's face isn't featured as heavily as I'd like, but we were unloading a sleeping Ben from the car in the glow of the driveway light.
Sesame Street is awesome. There's such a strong association between stuffed toys and childhood; As cheesy as it is, I had to take the picture of Ben's Grover above the laptop.
